Hmmm this one is tricky.. as it says favourite, not most scary (in my opinion).
So for comedy- Hades. Frollo is also an excellent villain.
But the best, and most scary I think are the old school villains. So my choice would have to be... Maleficent!! (From Sleeping Beauty)
